Create a Canva account and set up a Brand Kit with your colors, fonts, and logo. Use social media templates sized correctly for each platform. Create a few reusable templates for different post types like quotes, announcements, and tips. Export directly to Buffer using the Buffer integration.

Build a content calendar database in Notion with columns for: post date, platform, content type, copy text, image link, and status. Use the Calendar view to visualize your posting schedule. Add a Kanban view to track posts through stages: Idea, Drafting, Designed, Scheduled, and Posted.
