Manage client projects

Keep clients happy and projects on track. No more 'just checking in' emails.

  1. 1
    ClickUp

Create a ClickUp workspace and add a separate Space for each client. Inside each Space, create a project for each engagement with tasks organized into lists like To Do, In Progress, In Review, and Done. Share a read-only view of the project with your client so they can see progress without needing a ClickUp account.

  2. 2
    Calendly

Set up a Calendly account and create two event types: a 30-minute kickoff call and a 20-minute weekly check-in. Connect it to your Google or Outlook calendar to avoid double-booking. Embed your Calendly link in your email signature and in the client-facing ClickUp view.

  3. 3
    Loom

At the end of each week, record a 3–5 minute Loom video walking through what was completed, what is coming next, and any blockers you need the client to unblock. Share the Loom link directly in the client's Slack channel or email. This replaces most status calls and keeps a searchable video record of all decisions.
