Automate repetitive work

Stop doing the same thing twice. Automate the busywork so your team can focus.

  1. 1
    Make

Sign up for Make (formerly Integromat) and create a new scenario. Choose a trigger — for example, a new row added to Airtable — and add action modules to process it, such as sending a Slack message, creating a task in Linear, or emailing a customer via Resend. Test with a real record before activating.

  2. 2
    Airtable

Create an Airtable base for the data you want to automate around — common examples are lead tracking, content calendar, or order management. Structure each table with clear field types (single line text, date, status, linked records). Make will use this as the source of truth for your automations.

    Open Airtable
  3. 3
    Slack

In your Make scenario, add a Slack module at the end of each workflow to post a summary message to the relevant channel. Use dynamic values from earlier modules (like customer name or order total) in the message body so each notification is informative and actionable.
