Turn feedback into features

Build what users actually want, not what you assume they do.

  1. 1
    Typeform

Create a Typeform with 3–5 questions: what is your biggest challenge with the product, what feature would help most, and an NPS score. Keep it short to maximize completions. Add the form link to your app as a persistent feedback button, in your onboarding email sequence, and after key actions like a first export or upgrade.

  2. 2
    Notion

Create a Notion database called User Feedback with properties for: submission date, user segment, theme (bug, feature request, UX issue), priority, and status. Use Zapier or Make to automatically push each new Typeform response into this database as a new row so no feedback gets lost.

  3. 3
    Slack

In Zapier or Make, add a Slack notification step after each new Typeform submission is logged to Notion. Format the message to show the respondent's name, their answer to the most important question, and a direct link to the Notion record. Route these to a dedicated #user-feedback Slack channel.
